親愛的客戶 您好
維護和仕集團館內客戶及員工的身體健康與安全，是我們的首要任務，遵循政府防疫政策，以有效預防與管理疫情措施，讓您在和仕空間安心辦公。
因應新冠肺炎疫情持續升溫，和仕集團採取以下防疫政策保障客戶的安全與健康：
館內防疫措施
- 和仕全體同仁、館內客戶與其訪客須每日配戴醫療/外科口罩。
- 和仕全體同仁、館內客戶與其訪客，每日首次進出須消毒以及量體溫，若有頻繁接觸他人，請自主頻繁消毒，訪客需配合填寫調查聲明表。
- 和仕秘書將登記每日上班客戶、進出訪客名單。
- 會議室使用完畢後，和仕秘書將進行消毒清潔。
- 清潔人員每日於公共區域進行消毒。
大樓防疫措施
- 一樓大廳配置紅外線熱像儀，感測體溫，請配合於指定動線進出。
- 訪客須配戴口罩始得發卡上樓。
- 進入停車場車輛之全部成員須配合測量體溫。
- 大樓定期進行大範圍消毒清潔。
若體溫高於攝氏37.5度(含)，身體不適症狀，請主動通報並自主居家隔離。
防疫提醒，人人有責，造成不便，敬請見諒。

Hanse COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Prevention Measures
At Hanse, the health and safety of our members and employees is our top priority. Following the COVID-19 prevention policy of the government, and effectively preventing and managing such situations make everyone can work safely in the spaces of Hanse.
In response to the continuous rise of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Hanse adopted the following prevention policies to ensure the safety and health of customers:
I. Hanse Health and Safety Policy
- All staffs, visitors and customers should wear medical/surgical face mask.
- All staffs, visitors and customers should sterilize and check their temperature every day, for those who frequently contact others should sterilize more often. Visitors should fill in their health statement while visit.
- Hanse secretary will register for every customer while they enter and their visitors.
- Hanse secretary will sterilize the conference room after use.
- Cleaning staff will sterilize public area every day.
II. Building Health and Safety Policy
- The lobby has infrared camera to check everyone temperature, please cooperate the flow.
- Visitors should wear mask to enter.
- Every member in the car that enters the parking lot will be check temperature.
- The building will sterilize regularly.
